Get to know me
Growing up, sports helped me recognize the importance of perseverance, drive, and passion. It was on the basketball court or the long training runs that I began to develop an awareness of my strengths and weaknesses, learn my core values, and develop a level of purpose I may not have discovered without those experiences. My previous career experience as a teacher and a coach of adolescents left me with the feeling that something was missing – the element that connects the individual to their ultimate potential.
Reflecting on my experiences as an athlete, teacher, and coach I acknowledge there is a lot of work to do in reducing mental health stigma, hence why I landed here at Mindbuffs. Working from a client-centred approach, my goal is to support you in achieving your desired outcome. I value that individuality plays a large role in the development of strategies that will work both on the court (field/rink/pitch/stage/platform…) and off in your everyday life.
